SEASON 1 EPISODE 6: LONELINESS & DESPERATION
We read chapters 33-40 through the themes of Loneliness & Desperation. There is a storm approaching the island and we’re not talking about the tension between Sean Kendrick and Mutt Malvern. Puck and Finn are terrorized by a water horse looking for a bite, and they are saved by Puffin the Cat and Gabe (Gabe? Gabe!). They shelter at the Grattons’. Meanwhile, Sean is still the one who has to save the stables when the capaill make their way on land in the thick of the storm. Malvern says nothing has changed, but we’re not convinced. And Gabe finally rips off the bandaid and has the conversation with Puck. (Finally.) And it’s… actually good. (Aw, Gabe!)
