This week, we read chapters 14-20 through the theme of neglect. Lazlo’s been neglected through his childhood, but so have the Godspawn, and their worlds are starting to converge…
Lazlo finds his place among the Tizerkane and those who have answered Eril-Fane’s call for aid. They cross the Cusp, head toward the city, and Eril-Fane stays behind. Meanwhile, we learn Sarai’s talent: she manifests moths, and can invade and change the dreams of all those upon whom her moths alight.
