In chapters 13 and 14 of Neverwhere, the Marquis faces some serious consequences for his actions, Islington is employing Croup and Vandemar, and Door, Hunter and Richard head to the next floating market to figure out their next move. Once there, Richard decides takes charge but not in a good way, and Hunter disapproves. And, really, the Old Bailey is the MVP.
